1. Operator Information

This website and its services are operated by Leonard Almeida, who is known professionally as Len Almeida, under the business name Ascendi.

2. Coaching Services

Ascendi provides one-on-one coaching and business strategy support for entrepreneurs and professionals. All services are delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Payments

All coaching sessions must be paid for in advance. Payments are processed securely through this website using Wix Payments or other integrated payment providers.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of coaching, all sales are final. However, if you're unsatisfied with a session, please reach out to discuss a resolution. Client satisfaction is important to us.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule your session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited session.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Arrive prepared and on time
Participate fully and honestly
Follow through on agreed action steps between sessions

Ascendi is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete implementation or lack of follow-through.

7. Confidentiality

All client conversations are held in strict confidence. Personal or business information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law or with your written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

Any content, frameworks, worksheets, or guidance shared through coaching or downloadable resources remain the intellectual property of Leonard Almeida and Ascendi. These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or republished without written permission.

9. Results Disclaimer

Ascendi provides strategic guidance to support personal and business growth. However, results are dependent on many factors outside our control, including your level of implementation and external market conditions. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
